8.57: I have just received a really nice encouragement email from Brian in Australia, he has really made me feel good about myself and writing this blog. Also my wife is at home today’s so everything started a little later than usual – but I am up and running limping now.
My leg is still giving me pain, but I will try walking a little latter on.
9.42: Here is a little tip, drinking much more water makes you feel really good, at first you seem to go to the toilet a lot more but then your body seems to get used to the new intake. I think it also subsides your appetite because if I feel hungry I drink a glass of water and the hunger generally subsides.
